Jewel Msofi serves as the Client Engagements Officer at the Malawi Research and Education Network (MAREN), she acts as the key link between MAREN and the institutions it serves. Her role involves engaging with universities, colleges, and research institutions to understand their connectivity and digital service needs, providing guidance on MAREN’s internet and research solutions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and support experience. She coordinates feedback, assists with service-related queries, and strengthens partnerships so that member institutions are empowered to teach, learn, and conduct research efficiently through reliable and affordable digital infrastructure.
